Klieverik GTC111-5400 – the industrial, 5m calender press that has an award-winning reputation for consistency.
All of Klieverik’s calender presses use thermal oil for regulating and accurately maintaining the drum’s surface temperature. They have a unique expansion vessel for the oil (which expands up to 20%) that ensures the drum is always 100% full of oil. This. along with how the oil is circulated internally within the drum, means no colour output differences over the width or in time.
The wide opening to the drum creates a good accessible machine, while the drum is far enough away to prevent danger to the operator. Once fed into the machine, paper and textile are automatically transported to the back of the machine, where it can be winded on at a convenient working height.
