SABTEX DTF Medium Ink Load Protection Paper
Extra refined cellulose – 165cm at at 20 gsm. Protect your heat press felt and extend the life of your calendar press machine with SABTEX protection papers. We believe BP20 is the ideal protective paper when you’re using a wide range of sublimation printers with medium ink loads. But why? Good reasons:
  • Higher profits, lower costs. We provide more linear meters in each roll, which means fewer roll changes. That’s less downtime. And then, because we’re shipping more paper at a time, we can keep the price lower.
  • Porosity and heat resistance – you’ll extend the life of the calender felt, due to the paper’s effective gas blocking, and this paper is resistant up to temperatures of 220º for 40 seconds without losing its protective qualities.
  • Neutral PH and adaptable – this paper’s been engineered so that it doesn’t affect colours, and avoids the risk of staining the fabric. It also conforms to the felt, which means it won’t move – and you shouldn’t get wrinkles.
  • Recyclable – because it’s important. Not all protective paper can be recycled. This is 100% recyclable and Ecofriendly (FSC), which helps you promote your supply chain credentials to customers.
