Entry-level dye sublimation printer

The DGI Hercules is a 74″ dye sublimation printer in a league of its own – it’s developed a solid reputation, and still stands up against ‘newer’ technology. It has two PrecisionCore Micro TFP i3200 heads, intended for use with F173 ink.

HERCULES offers unparalleled print performance. It is equipped with 2.5L bulk ink tanks, and a constant winding take-up system for rolls up to 656 linear feet (200m). In practice, this should support up to six hours of unmanned production. Plus, its carriage collision sensors and vacuum suction capping station ensure smooth and error-free printing. Additionally, its carriage speed control adds another level of precision.

The take-up system can accommodate a maximum
of 200 linear meters, allowing a deviation of up to 10mm on each side.

CONTINUOUS INK SUPPLY SYSTEM
By equipping a semi-cartridge system, the ink supply system enables cost savings on ink in the long run, while ensuring a stable and continuous ink supply.
